Ld. counsel for Defendant Nos. 1 to 9 seeks some
time to go through the said reply filed by the Plaintiff.

Today, the following documents have been filed:
(a) Written statement (consolidated) on behalf of Defendant
Nos. 1 to 9 accompanied with an application u/o VIII Rule 1
CPC for condonation of delay in filing WS;
(b) Reply on behalf of Defendant No. 1 to 9 to Plaintiff’s
application u/o XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC;
(c) Written statement on behalf of Defendant No.10; and

The court notes that the written statement on behalf
of Defendant No.10 is not accompanied with any application for
condonation of delay. Ld. counsel for Defendant No.10 submits
that he will move an appropriate application in this regard by the
NDOH.
