Part arguments heard. During the course of
arguments it is submitted by Ld. Counsel for the applicants that
applicants are not responsible for the commission of the offence.
It further averred that as per the FIR itself, after stabbing of
deceased, applicants Ramanuj Rai and Sachin Rai came on the
spot and they are having no role in commission of the offence or
even in scuffle.
On the other hand Ld. Counsel for the complainant
and IO have submitted that all the five accused persons were very
much present at the spot and involved in the scuffle as well as
stabbing of the deceased and moreover it is also submitted that
when the complainant party was trying to take the deceased to
the hospital, all of them restrained them due to which the
treatment got delayed and deceased could not be saved. IO has
submitted that some recordings of incident has been seized which
shows the role of the applicant.
In these circumstances, IO is directed to produce the
complete video footage for the appreciation of the evidence qua

the role of the applicants. Atleast one week time is prayed by the
IO.
