Let copy of petition be supplied to Ld. Counsel for R-2
and R-3 forthwith.
Ld. Counsel for R-2 and R-3 submits that he shall file his
reply with Vakalatnama within 30 days from today.
Written statement of R-1/Insurance Company along with
Vakalatnama have been received. Same are taken on record.
Petitioners are directed to file certified copy of complete
set of chargesheet with all its annexures, including mechanical
inspection report of victim’s vehicle and MLC and discharge summary
of the injured within 30 days from today with copy to the opposite
counsels.
Petitioner shall also file an affidavit affirming whether or
not any other MACP or DAR in respect of accident in question is
pending in any other Ld. MACT. In case any such petition/DAR is
pending, the details thereof shall be provided.

Now to come up for the same, reply of R-2 and R-3 and
framing of issues on 01.03.2025.
Short date is not possible as there is pendency of around
3200 cases, out of which 500 cases are old matters, which shall be
taken up on priority.
