received back. Let fresh summons be issued to R-2 upon filing of
PF/RC/AD/Authorized Courier for the next date of hearing. Outstation
ordinary process be served through Ld. PDJ/Ld. CJM concerned.
Ld. Counsel for R-1/ICICI Lombard General Insurance
Co. Ltd. submits that this Insurance Company is only for OD claim
and the third party risk is covered with Bajaj Allianz General
Insurance Co. Ltd.
Accordingly, the application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC
is allowed and ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. stands
deleted from the array of parties and in their place, Bajaj Allianz
General Insurance Co. Ltd. has been impleaded as respondent no. 1 in
the present matter.
Ld. Counsel for petitioners undertakes to supply the copy

of claim petition to Ld. Counsel for R-1 during the course of the day.
Petitioners are directed to file amended memo of parties
on or before the next date of hearing.
List the matter for appearance of R-2, filing of reply/legal
offer as well as for framing of issues on 02.12.2025.
Short date is not possible as there is pendency of about
3200 cases, out of which 500 cases are old matters, which shall be
taken up on priority.
