JIO Jameel Saifi and Superintendent Mr. Amit
Tiwari.
This complaint has been filed by a public servant Sh.
Jameel Saifi, JIO in discharge of his duties. He has moved an
application for dispensing with his preliminary examination and
for his exemption from personal appearance for future dates on
the ground that he remains busy in official duties and it is not
possible for him to attend the court on each and every date of
hearing and that he be therefore allowed to be represented
through the Special PP. In view of the submissions made, the
preliminary examination of the complainant is dispensed with
and he is exempted from personal appearance during trial
It has been submitted that in the statement of person
who booked courier that accused Sahira Khatoon handed over the
many parcels to Pancham with other ID and even accused Sahira
Khatton accompanied main accused Rahis at the time of booking
the parcel in question and from the parcel in question 250gm
methamphetamine was recovered, the CRCL report is also
positive.

On the basis of complaint and documents attached
with the complaint, undersigned takes cognizance of offence
punishable u/s 8,22,23&29 of NDPS Act.
List for scrutiny of documents/arguments on charge
on 30.05.2023.
