Ld. Counsel for the defendant filed his Vakalatnama.

Process received back with the report ‘left’.
Ld. Counsel for the defendant submits that as per the
instructions from the defendant, the defendant was served with the
summons on 16.07.2024 and requests for sometime to file written
statement. He fairly submits that since the defendant is resident of
Telangana, he needs six weeks time to file written statement.
Subject to the provisions of Commercial Courts Act,
2015, the defendant is allowed to do so and directed to file written
statement along with statement of truth, affidavit of admission and
denial of documents, list of documents as well as the documents
etc. within six weeks from today with advance copy be given to the
opposite party and replication along with affidavit of admission
and denial of documents be filed by the plaintiff within the period

of 45 days of receipt of copy of the written statement, if any with
advance copy be given to the opposite party.
Put up this matter for framing of issues and case
management hearing, on 03.12.2024.
