Accused Amin is present on court bail.
Accused Vaaris, Subba and Mustkeem are absent.
Process under Section 82 Cr. PC issued against the accused
Mustkeem received back unserved with the report that the said accused is
lodged in JC in District Jail Nuh, Haryana in case FIR no. 115/18, PS
Bahin, District Palwal, Haryana.
In view of above, issue production warrants against the
accused Mustkeem, to the Jail Superintendent concerned, as per
particulars for the next date.
Issue fresh production warrants of the accused Vaaris,
who is stated to be lodged in Bhondsi Jail, Sector-56, Gurugram,
Haryana in Case FIR no. 411/22 for next date. An endorsement be
made on the production warrants that the accused Vaaris is on bail in
the present case.
An exemption application moved on behalf of accused Subba.
Heard.
In view of submissions, personal appearance of the accused
Subba is exempted for today with directions to the accused to appear in
person on the next date.
