application moved in this regard.
NBWs issued against accused Mustkeen received back unserved.
Let process u/s.82 Cr.P.C. be issued against accused Mustkeen
for the NDOH.
None is present on behalf of surety Mustafa for accused
Mustkeen. Let fresh notice be issued against him for the NDOH.
Sh. Syed Nooruzzuama, Ld. Counsel for surety Sheru for
accused Mustkeen is present through VC. He has submitted that he is
making efforts to trace accused Mustkeen, so as to produce him before the
Court on the NDOH.
In view of above, surety Sheru is directed to produce accused
Mustkeen on the NDOH, failing which he is directed to deposit the surety
amount on the NDOH.
An application seeking cancellation of NBWs has been moved
on behalf of accused Vaaris. Considering the averments of the application
and submissions made on his behalf, present application is allowed. NBWs
against accused Vaaris are cancelled with warning to be careful in future.
His previous bail bond / surety bond stand restored.
Matter be put up on 03.09.2025.
