This is the application for anticipatory bail filed on

Reply filed by the IO. In the reply, it is stated that though
the applicant has joined the investigation, however, he is not
cooperating during interrogation.
It is submitted by ld. Defence Counsel that the applicant is
duly cooperating with the IO. It is submitted that he is still ready
to join the investigation, but apprehends his arrest, hence, the
present application. It is submitted by the Ld. Defence Counsel
that the applicant is student of 3rd year B.Com (Hons) and his
exams are scheduled from 19.04.2025 to 03.05.2025. His date
sheet placed on record.

The applicant is directed to join the investigation, as and
when required by the IO. The IO is directed not to summon the
applicant for interrogation during the period from 18.04.2025 to
03.05.2025.
Put up for further report of IO on 13.05.2025.
Till then, no coercive steps be taken against the
applicant.
Copy of the order be given dasti.
