Vide order No.1809-1879 Bail & Filing/Judl/Prin.D&SJ/NDD/2021 dated
25.02.2021 of the Ld. Principal Distt. & Sessions Judge, Patiala House Court,
New Delhi Distt, New Delhi, the undersigned has been deputed for bail duty.
Matter is taken up through VC.

Reply filed. Arguments heard.
It is submitted by IO SI Yashvir Kumar from CAW Cell, Delhi Cantt that
in the present case mediation proceedings already failed although matter is pending
before CAW Cell and it will take around one month time to dispose of and the matter
has not been sent to concerned PS for further investigation and registration of FIR.
In these circumstances, Ld. Counsel has prayed that he wants to
withdraw the present application for seeking anticipatory bail with liberty to file afresh
as and when need arises. Liberty is granted. A mail to this respect also received.
In view of the request of Ld. Counsel, application stands dismissed as
withdrawn. Copy be given dasti.
It is certified that proceedings conducted through VC on CISCO WEBEX
Meetings, the quality of audio and video was clear and uninterrupted to the satisfaction
of the participants.
