Ld. Counsel for complainant sought opportunity to place
on record the further details of accused no. 2 Reeta Jain regarding her
ownership of property.
Accused no. 1 Manju Tirkey is absent on last date of
hearing and was exempted from personal appearance but she is again
absent today.
Issue bailable warrants in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with
one surety of like amount against accused no. 1 Manju Tirkey
through concerned PS on filing of PF/RC returnable for next date
of hearing.

grant of bail moved on behalf of accused Manju Tirkey.

In view of the submissions made by Ld. Counsel for
applicant/accused Manju Tirkey, the order of even date directing
issuance of Bailable Warrants against accused Manju Tirkey is
recalled.
Accused has also prayed for grant of regular bail.
Heard.
The accused Manju Tirkey has put appearance in
response to the summons issued by this court on the complaint case
filed by the BSES. No useful purpose is going to be served by sending
the accused behind the bar. Accused Manju Tirkey is admitted to bail
on furnishing bail bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of
like amount.
Bail bonds furnished.
