It is submitted by the Ld. Defence Counsel that no
money has been received from the account of the complainant in
the account of the applicant. As per the report of the IO, the
cheated amount is Rs.40 Lacs. Out of the said amount,
Rs.9,50,000/- has been received in the account of the brother of
the applicant, who is already in JC. It is submitted that the
applicant is ready to join the investigation but apprehends his
arrest, hence, the present application.
Perused the report of the IO. As per report of the IO,
cheated amount was received in the account of the brother of the
applicant who is in JC. The amount which has been received in
the account of the applicant has been received from the account
of his brother.

Put up for further report of the IO on 05.04.2025.
No coercive steps be taken against the applicant till
NDOH.
