It is submitted on behalf of accused that another FIR bearing No.
74/2025 PS Cyber Police Station Bulandshahar, U. P. is pending investigation
wherein all the transactions are being investigated including the present one. It
is further submitted that there is no requirement to further investigate the matter
afresh in Delhi.

IO is directed to file a report duly forwarded by DCP concerned
after verification of the fact that whether the transaction involved in this case is
under investigation in FIR No. 74/2025 PS Cyber Police Station Bulandshahar,
U. P. or not and if that is the case then what is the future course of action
contemplated by the police department.
