In the present case, as per the allegations, the respondents have
committed multiple victim fraud. Several FIRs have already been registered upon
the complaints of other victims. The same being investigated.
It is the contention of the revisionist / petitioner that his case has some
fundamental issues which are different from the complaints which are already
being investigated in the multiple victim fraud.
In view of the above and the contentions of the parties, recorded in the
orders dated 30.08.2022 and 16.11.2022, the revisionist is directed to prepare
written synopsis, clearly specifying the following points:-
(a) the gist of the allegations being investigated upon the complaint
of the other victims;
(b) the gist of the allegations levelled by the present revisionist; and
(c) synopsis of the fundamental issues which are different in the
complaint of the revisionist as compared to the other complaints being already
investigated.
Advance copy of the synopsis be supplied to the respondents through
e-mail / whatsapp at least 02 weeks before the NDOH. If the respondents wish to
file any written response to the synopsis of the revisionist, the same be filed within
02 weeks after receiving the synopsis supplied by the revisionist.

At request of the Ld. Counsel for the respondents, let the status report
of FIR No. 94/2021 PS R.K. Puram be also called for NDOH.
At request on behalf of revisionist, let the IO of FIR No. 94/2021 PS
R.K. Puram be also summoned for NDOH.
