Present: Sh. Chandan Paswan, Ld. Counsel for the decree holder.
Nazir has reported that the address of the judgment debtor
does not fall within the jurisdiction of this court.
Ld. Counsel for the decree holder also fairly submits that the
address of the judgment debtor does not fall within the jurisdiction of
this court and prays for the transfer of the decree to the court of
competent jurisdiction.
Heard. In view of the submissions made by Ld. Counsel for
the decree holder, requisite transfer certificate be issued to the decree
holder and as prayed, the same be given dasti to the decree
holder/authorized person of the decree holder.
Original documents, if any, be returned to the decree holder
on the written request after retaining on record the copies thereof.
Nazir is directed to do the needful.
File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
