All three accused persons are absent.
Ms. Aishwarya Dwivedi, Ld. Counsel for all the
three accused persons.
Ld. Counsel has filed Memo of Appearance on
behalf of all the three accused persons. Same is taken on record.
On a joint exemption application filed on behalf of
all the three accused persons and in view of its contents, they are
exempted from their personal appearance for today only.
It is jointly submitted by both the parties that they
are willing to explore the possibilities of settlement. Thus, I am
of the considered opinion that there is an element of settlement
between the parties in this case. Accordingly, at joint request, the
present matter is referred to Delhi Mediation Centre, Patiala
House Courts Complex, New Delhi for exploring the possibilities
of settlement. Both the parties are directed to appear before the
Mediation Center, Patiala House Courts Complex, New Delhi on
01.05.2024 at 02:00 pm.
Put up for awaiting report of Mediation
Center/settlement, if any, otherwise for further proceedings on
18.07.2024.
