Ld. proxy counsel for defendant acknowledges that
defendant has received the copy. Adjournment sought on behalf
of the defendant stating that the main counsel had to go to his
native place due to certain family emergency. Considering the
personal difficulty of the counsel, adjournment request is
allowed.
In the meantime, defendants are also at liberty to
file reply to the application under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC and
under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC filed by the plaintiff. Same be filed
on or before the NDOH after supplying copy to the opposite
party or the counsel at least 10 days in advance.
