Sh Nitin Kumar, Ld. counsel for applicant/accused Jyoti.
Ld. counsel for accused submitted that this is an application
for regular bail however accused is on interim bail till today and prior to
grant of interim bail, the accused remained in custody for 21 days and all
accused are already released on regular bail. The applicant being lady is
falsely implicated in this case and no more required for investigation.
Ld. Addl. PP submits that offence is very serious in nature and
the entire family members are habitual in doing the business of illicit liquor.
Heard. Considering the nature of offence, manner of
commission of offence and fact that accused is in custody for 21 days and no
more required for investigation, accordingly, accused/applicant Jyoti is
admitted to bail on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/
with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned Ld.
MM/Link MM/Duty MM till the disposal of the case.
Application is disposed of accordingly.
Copy of the order be given dasti.
