Surrender cum bail is prayed on behalf of the
accused. Same is strictly opposed on the ground that accused is
involved in the commission of offence as he can be seen in
CCTV footage holding danda and chapad in his hand. In this
case injury was sustained by the injured on the vital part. The
previous anticipatory bail was dismissed on 17.01.2022. Accused
is absconding and was declared PO on 08.10.2021. No ground
for grant of bail is made out at this stage. Accused is not present
in the Court. However, accused is at the liberty to surrender
before the IO.
Accordingly, application is dismissed.
Copy of this order be given dasti.
