FIR No. 74/2024.

It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for the applicant / accused
that the name of PS is mentioned as “Cyber New Delhi” instead of
“Cyber South-West” in the bail order of accused Harshvardhan
Bhosale dated 05.03.2025. It is submitted that the correct PS is “Cyber
South-West”.
Heard. Perused the order and the FIR No. 74/2024.
There seems to be some typographical mistake about the
name of PS in the said order. It is clarified that the correct name of the
PS is “Cyber South-West”.
Present application is disposed off accordingly.
Copy of the order be given dasti.
