These three bail applications u/s 483 BNSS filed on behalf of above said
applicants/accused for grant of regular bail are taken up together on the joint
request of both the parties as they are arising out of the same FIR and shall be
decided by a common order.

At this stage, ld. Counsel for the applicant has submitted that without
prejudice to their rights, the applicants are ready to pay the cheated amount of Rs.
8.33 lakhs to the victim in the form of a Bankers’ Cheque/demand draft which
would be done on the next date of hearing.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant has submitted that the complainant
would also be present on the next date of hearing.
