Present revision is against the order dated 02.11.223
whereby the ld. MM has ordered for framing of the charge under
S. 3255/34 IPC against both the petitioners.
During arguments, it is submitted by the counsel for
petitioners and complainant that the matter has been amicably
settled between the parties. It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for
complainant / injured that injured wants to compound the offence
under S. 325/34 IPC. It is requested that they be given the liberty
to file the appropriate application under s. 320 Cr.P.C. before the
concerned Ld. MM. It is further submitted that the present
revision petition be disposed off accordingly.

In view of the submissions of the counsel for petitioners
and counsel for complainant, present petition is dismissed as
withdrawn.
Let the TCR, if any, be sent back to the concerned Ld.
MM through the office of Ld. CMM for today i.e. 28.05.2024
at 2 pm. The petitioners and complainant are at liberty to file
the appropriate application before the ld. MM.
Copy of the order be sent to concerned Ld. MM.
