This is an application u/s 482 BNSS filed on behalf of applicant/accused
Aadesh Kumar for grant of anticipatory bail.

Heard. At the very outset, ld. Counsel for the accused/applicant
has submitted that he wants to withdraw the present bail application with

application itself. Accordingly, the present bail application under Section
482 BNSS is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, as per law.
