Application of the petitioner for summoning of witnesses is taken up for consideration. It is stated that the witnesses at serial no. a and b as mentioned in the application have not been appearing before the Local Commissioner for recording of evidence. It is prayed that summons be issued for service upon them through the concerned ACP and IO. It is requested that any date be fixed before the Local Commissioner for recording of evidence. Record is perused. Application is allowed. On filing of PF by the petitioner, summons be issued to the two witnesses mentioned at serial no. a and b in the application through the concerned ACP for their appearance before the Local Commissioner Mr. Sumit Kumar on 07.01.2026 at 2:00 pm. Diet money to be paid by the petitioner on the spot. -- 1 of 2 -- -2- On filing of PF, the witness mentioned at Sl No. c in the application be summoned for appearance before the Local Commissioner on the above date and time for recording of evidence.
