The statement of the complainant/victim has also been recorded wherein he
has submitted that he has today received cheated amount of Rs.5,50,000/-
from the side of applicant/accused person, namely, Thakur Kishan Kumar as
deposited in his bank account. He has also placed on record photocopy of
the said receipt. He has no objection if the applicant/accused Ashok Kumar
Yadav is admitted to bail in this case.
It has been submitted that now the applicant has received the
entire cheated amount.
