Accused Mr. Kingsley Onyekachi and Ms. Marian Kone are
present.

Copy of compliance report in respect of summons issued by
this court to Kingsley Onyekachi and Marian Kone filed by IO.
Ld. SPP submits that in pursuance of notice issued vide order
dated 30.01.2026, the accused persons are produced before this Court as
they are in custody in another case i.e. FIR No. 225/2024, PS Special Cell.
The Ld.SPP also submits that custody of the accused persons is not required
in the present case. He supplied the copy of the complaint to both the
accused persons today.
The accused persons have received the copy of the complaint
and the conditions with regard to Section 223(2) BNS has been complied.
Accused persons seeks time to inform their advocates on the
aspect of hearing on cognizance.
Accordingly, matter is adjourned for hearing on cognizance.
List the matter on 02.05.2026.
Copy of this order be given dasti to both the accused persons
as well as to the Jail Superintendent.
