It is submitted on behalf of the revisionist that for showing bona fide, the revisionist (as well as revisionists in connected matters, i.e. Cr. Rev. No. 61/2023 and Cr. Rev. No. 62/2023) are making a total payment of Rs.5,00,000/- through cheque bearing no. 034556 dated 14.03.2023. The revisionists will approach the bank concerned for fresh negotiations for settlement. It is submitted by Sh. Mukul Sharma, AR of the bank concerned that since the previous settlement has become null and void, at present stage, without specific instructions from the bank it cannot be determined in which head the said payment would be adjusted. Accordingly, the said cheque will not be presented immediately. It is further submitted that as per bank policy and financial rules, the revisionists should get their fresh settlement finanlised within this financial year. It is submitted on behalf of the revisionists that they will approach the bank concerned for settlement tomorrow itself. Put up on 21.03.2023 for further proceedings. Interim order to continue.
