An application is moved on behalf of plaintiff for
substitution of AR stating that previous AR has been transferred
outside Delhi.
In view of the facts as stated in the application, Sh.
Saurabh Gupta is allowed to represent plaintiff in the present matter.
AR of the plaintiff has tendered his affidavit in evidence.
No other PW is present. PE is closed. Final arguments heard.
Vide separate judgment dictated and announced, suit of
the plaintiff is decreed in favour of the plaintiff with costs and against
the defendant for 11,15,942/-, Rs. 82725/- and Rs. 1,70,702/-
respectively in respect of three loans with pendentelite and future
interest 9.75%, 7.90% and 7.50% per annum respectively on the
aforesaid amounts.
Decree sheet be prepared accordingly. File be consigned
to record room.
