This is the application for anticipatory bail filed on
behalf of applicant / accused Gaurav Kumar.

It is submitted that the applicant was employed as security
guard with QDS Technologies. His documents and bank opening
form was got signed for opening his account so that his salary
could be transferred in the said account. It is submitted that his
account has been misused by the person who had hired him as
the security guard. It is submitted by Ld. Defence Counsel that
the applicant is ready to join the investigation, but apprehends his
arrest, hence the present application.

Heard. Perused the report of the IO.
The applicant is directed to join the investigation
immediately.
Put up for further report of the IO on 18.03.2025.
Till then no coercive steps be taken against the
applicant.
