the application moved by the petitioner seeking release of Rs.10
lacs was dismissed.
Ld. counsel for petitioner submits that vide order
dated 26.10.2017, the petitioner was discharged in this matter. He
submits that as per the charge-sheet, Rs.10 lacs were seized
during the search of his house. He further submits that money be
released to the petitioner on furnishing Superdaginama.
Ld. Addl. PP submits that State has no objection to
the release of this money to the petitioner subject to the condition
that as and when required by the Ld. Trial Court, the petitioner
shall deposit the amount in the court.
