Counsel for the applicant has submitted that one another co-accused of this case, namely, Jitender Singh having same role has already been admitted to bail vide order dated 05.01.2026 by ld.Predecessor of bail roster after he was directed to deposit demand draft in the sum of Rs. 2,52,000/- in the name of the complainant at the time of furnishing bail bonds. Ld. Counsel for the applicant has submitted that he is ready to handover a demand draft of Rs.7,05,000/- to the complainant/victim and has also placed on record the copy of said demand draft.
