An intimation filed by Insp Manoj Kumar, I/C, Lock up, PHC, New
Delhi that UTPs Mohd Idrish Ali and Khalil Ahmed could not be produced because
out of 31 UTPs, 19 UTPs made a group and started quarreling with each other and
also caused self inflicted injuries in order to create fear and also making illegal
demand of Tobacoo and Biri and not ready to come out of kharja, therefore, their
warrants are being produced for necessary directions and further they are directed
to produce through VC.
Accordingly, the production warrants are produced however no
direction of VC could be given for next date of hearing.
Voice sample report of accused persons namely Mohd Abdur Rajak
and Khalil Ahmad not received.
IO is directed to ensure the filing of FSL report by the next date of
hearing.
List this matter for filing of FSL report/arguments on charge on
09.06.2022.
