It is informed to the Court that for want of requisite
permission from the Competent Authority in DIAC, it is not
possible to get the arbitral record received in this Court for today.
Ld. Counsel of appellants has assured that her office
shall follow the matter with DIAC to ensure that arbitral record is
actually received in this Court before next date.
On joint request, both the sides are at liberty to file
their respective brief written synopsis not exceeding three pages
alongwith relied upon judicial precedents, if any, after supplying
advance copy thereof to the opposite side, at least one week
before the next date of hearing.
Put up on 24.08.2024 at 11.30 am for awaiting
arbitral record and for arguments.
