Notice of the present appeal issued to respondent no.
2 through ordinary manner received back unserved.
However, Ld. Counsel of appellants states at Bar
that the respondent no. 2 has duly served through e-mode i.e.,
through e-mail, for which she seeks and is granted liberty to file
affidavit of service alongwith relevant electronic record and
requisite certificate in terms of Section 65B of Indian Evidence
Act on record during the course of day.
It is pointed out that rejoinder has already been filed
by the appellants and advance copy thereof already supplied to
the opposite side.
It is jointly pointed out that several pages forming
part of written statement, which is filed alongwith List of
Documents by the appellants in the present appeal, are missing.
Hence, it is jointly requested to requisition the arbitral record for
next date.
It is pointed out that the matter is listed before Ld.
Sole Arbitrator on 27.04.2024. It is fairly submitted on behalf of

both the sides that they shall jointly seek adjournment from Ld.
Sole Arbitrator for some other date after the date to be fixed in
the present appeal.
Subject to taking appropriate steps by the appellants,
let arbitral record be requisitioned for next date. Steps be taken

appeal.
