working on the given address as he is running a tailor shop at the

Connaught Place, New Delhi and JD is deliberately evading the
process of the court.
An application u/S 51 r/w section 151 of CPC is
moved by DH seeking issuance of warrant of attachment in
respect of property of JD bearing No.117, Mohan Singh Palace
Market, Connaught Place, New Delhi.
Submissions heard. Let, notice of this application be
issued upon the JD on filing of PF for next date of hearing.
To come up for further proceedings on 07.04.2026.
DH is directed to file the valuation report of the property bearing
No. No.117, Mohan Singh Palace Market, Connaught Place, New
Delhi on or before next date of hearing. DH is also directed to
file affidavit to the effect there is no stay on the proceedings of
present execution petition.
