Ld. Counsel for the defendant filed an application under Order 9
Rule 6 read with Section 151 CPC and an application under Section 5 of the
Limitation Act seeking condonation of delay. The same are taken on record.
Copies supplied.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff seeks sometime to file replies to the
aforesaid applications.
On request, the plaintiff is allowed to do so with advance copies
of the same to the Ld. Counsel for the defendant one week prior to the next
date of hearing.
During the course of proceedings, the court raised query to the
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff seeks sometime to satisfy the court
on the query so raised by the court.
On request, put up this matter for arguments on the aforesaid
applications and for the query so raised by the court, on 03.04.2025. The
plaintiff and the defendant are directed to appear in peron on the said date to
explore the possibilities of amicable settlement, if any.
