In view of the prevalent pandemic Covid-19
situation, in continuation of (1) Office Order No.
5/R/RG/DHC/2021 dated 23.04.2021 and (2) Office Order no.
6/R/RG/DHC/2021 dated 14.05.2021 it is further ordered by the
Hon’ble High Court of Delhi vide Office Order No.
372/RG/DHC dated 28.06.2021 that from 01.07.2021 till
23.07.2021 only urgent matters and ‘final arguments cases’ are to
be taken up through video conferencing, while the other matters
are to be adjourned.
Ld. Counsel for respondent submits that he made
several efforts to contact petitioner's Counsel to ask him to join
the hearing today but he was not able to contact him.
Fixed 24/07/2021 for arguments.
