Issue notice of the petition to the respondent by all
permissible modes i.e. by PF/Speed post/whatsapp/ on e-mail on taking
steps by Petitioner within two working days returnable for 12.02.2021.
Copy of this order be sent to Ld. Arbitrator by e-mail
(particulars to be provided by Petitioner/Counsel within next 2 working
days on e-mail id: readerdjcc02phc@gmail.com) to file the complete
arbitral record with index and pagination physically as per SOP for
physical filing as displayed on the website of Delhi District Courts within
one week of receipt of the order.
