This is a regular bail application wherein the
applicant has sought interim bail on medical grounds. In order to
appreciate the arguments, I deem it expedient to call the charge-

Superintendent as to why the report has been filed. In case, the
report is still not filed, same be forwarded immediately.

It is submitted by ld. Defence Counsel that he alongwith the
regular bail has also sought interim bail on the ground of medical
condition of the accused. At this stage, copy of the earlier report dated
04.01.2024 received from the Jail Superintendent placed on record by
ld. Defence Counsel. I have perused the said report. In the report, it is
stated that CT Coronary Angiography of accused is planned for
05.01.2024.
Let fresh medical report of accused be called from the
concerned Jail Superintendent in addition to the result of the test
which was scheduled for 05.01.2024.
Be put up on 16.01.2024.
