Heard. File perused.
Summons issued to defendant through ordinary
mode received back unserved with report that no such company
was found at the given address. However, defendant has been
reported to be served with the summons of the suit sent through
e-mail on 21.04.2025, as per report of Nazarat Branch. Copy of
printout thereof is also annexed with the report.
No affidavit of service has been filed on behalf of
plaintiff. Ld. Proxy Counsel of plaintiff seeks and is granted two
week’s time to file the affidavit of service on record.
In the meantime, the defendant may file its written
statement, if any, alongwith Statement of Truth within the
stipulated period as prescribed in proviso attached to Rule 1 of
Order VIII CPC as applicable to The Commercial Courts Act,
2015 along with affidavit of admission denial of documents of

Put up on 28.05.2025 for compliance, completion of
