The present petition is filed by Smt. Suman Devi seeking compensation for death of her husband Sh. Satender Singh in the road accident. Ld. Counsel for the claimant submits that the claimant is the only surviving legal heir. Affidavit of Smt. Suman Devi is filed on record stating that no other case is pending in any other Court in India. Ld. Counsel for the claimant submits that this Tribunal has the jurisdiction as the office of the Insurance Company is situated within its territorial limits. Ld. Counsel for the claimant submits that she has already filed on record copy of charge-sheet wherein R-1/driver Mr. Upender Singh has been charge-sheeted. R-2 is stated to be the registered owner of the vehicle and R-3 is the insurance company. Notice be issued to R-1, R-2 and R-3 to appear in person or through representative on the next date of hearing on filing of PF and RC. Notice be also provided dasti by the claimant for effecting service. List this matter for further proceedings on 24.02.2026.
