It is submitted by ld. counsel for applicants/ accused as well as by
IO that the accused have now shown their willingness, though earlier they were
not ready, to return all the stridhan.
On inquiry of the court, ld. counsel for applicants submit that the
complainant herself has stated in FIR that she has collected her jewellery.
When the IO was asked to respond to it, she submitted that she is
not carrying the file and she is on training today.
It was the duty of the SHO, PS Mandir Marg to see that somebody
who could assist the court properly should be present. However, this has not
been done.
In these circumstances, SHO PS Mandir Marg is directed to appear
through VC on the next of hearing with all the details so that the court can be
properly assisted. Adjourned.
