This is the application for anticipatory bail filed on
behalf of applicant Meenakshi Pal.

ASI Pawan is present on behalf of IO.
Fresh report filed by the IO. In the report it is stated that
the applicant had joined the investigation. It is further stated that
during investigation, it has come up that an internal enquiry was
conducted by HDFC Life Insurance against the present applicant
and she was found not guilty. The IO in his report has stated that
no custodial interrogation of the applicant is required.
In view of the report of the IO, since, he does not require
any custodial interrogation of the accused, application is allowed.

In the event of arrest, applicant/ accused Meenakshi Pal be
released on bail subject to furnishing PB/SB in the sum of
Rs.20,000/- to the satisfaction of concerned IO/SHO/arresting
officer.
Application is disposed off accordingly.
