As per the report received, notice to District Magistrate
(Central), Ground floor, Annexe Building, Gate No.7, Talkatora
Stadium, New Delhi, has been served.
Perusal of the court record reflects that
vide order dated
21.05.2026, court notice was directed to be issued upon the
concerned DM for filing the report by the NDOH. After having been
apprised of the change in office of the DM (Central) to Talkatora
Stadium, the notice was eventually served upon the concerned DM
on 22/27.06.2026.
However, none has appeared from the office of the DM
nor has any report been filed in terms of order dated 18.03.2026.
Let court notice be issued to the concerned DM to
personally appear before this court in order to explain non-
compliance of the order(s) of this court and for filing the requisite
report.
Along with the court notice, let copy of order sheets
dated 18.03.2026 and 21.05.2026 be attached.

Ahlmad is directed to ensure compliance with the
same.
Accordingly, to come up for further proceedings on
09.12.2026.
While perusing the court record, it appears that in the
order dated 13.08.2025, it has been inadvertently mentioned that the
application u/o VII Rule 11 CPC was/is pending for arguments. The
said application appears to have been already dismissed by the Ld.
Predecessor of this court
vide order dated 08.10.2024.
