Ld. Counsel for the appellant submits that he has
been recently engaged in this matter and he needs some time to
comply the order dated 16.01.2025. He submits that 30 days’
time/extension be granted for compliance of order dated
16.01.2025 regarding deposition of 20% of the total cost/
compensation amount.
Case file reveals that no PF was filed by the
appellant for service of this appeal upon the respondent. Ld.
Counsel for the respondent submits that she has appeared today
in the court on the basis of information received from internet.
In the given facts and circumstances, I deem it
appropriate that 30 days time/extension be granted to the
appellant for compliance of order dated 16.01.2025 subject to
cost of Rs.5,000/- to be paid by the appellant to the respondent.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondent that she
has not received copy of the present appeal. Accordingly, copy of
the present appeal along with documents annexed therewith be
supplied to the respondent today itself against proper receipt.
Reply (if any) to the present appeal be filed on or before the next
date of hearing with its advance copy to the other side.
Put up for awaiting compliance report of the order
dated 16.01.2025; for payment of said cost; for awaiting
amended memo of parties; and for reply and arguments on the
present appeal on 15.05.2025.
