In view of the facts and circumstances as mentioned in the FIR it
is important to know who is running the said hotel as mentioned in the FIR.
The IO is totally clueless about the fact whether the owner of the said
building is running the hotel therein or the said property has been rented out
by the owner. The IO is also not aware about the person actually running the
said hotel. Even the girls found at the said hotel, whose names are mentioned
in the reply filed by the IO were not examined to find out whether they were
being forced into prostitution. Only the staff working therein has been
arrested in the present case.
At request of the IO, put up on 07.01.2023 for further
proceedings.
