With regard to court queries dated 06.01.2023, it is
submitted by the SHO concerned that the premises concerned is owned by
Ms. Vinod Kumari W/o Sh. Joginder Singh. She has leased out the said
premises to Sh. Neeraj Kumar Chaudhary and Sh. Manish Kumar Chuadhary
both sons of Sh. Siyaram Chaudhary. Hotel Blue Stone is being run at the
said premises by Sh. Neeraj Kumar Chaudhary and Sh. Manish Kumar
Chuadhary. Notice has been given to both of them to appear before the IO
concerned.
It is submitted by Ld. Addl. PP for the State that the applicant
/ accused Abhishek is working as a Manager at the hotel concerned. He was
not making entries in the register regarding the girls and the customers
coming for prostitution at the said hotel. The applicant / accused also
provides girls for prostitution at other hotels.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for the applicant / accused
that the applicant / accused is not the Manager of the said hotel.

He is working in housekeeping at the said hotel. The alleged register has
already been seized. The applicant / accused was arrested on 31.12.2022. He
is the sole bread earner of his family.
Reasons for Order.
In the present matter, the recovery of the relevant register has
already been made. No police custody of the applicant / accused is sought. So
far there is no allegation that the applicant / accused was forcing any girl(s)
into prostitution. The applicant / accused was arrested on 31.12.2022. He is in
custody since the date of arrest.
In the bail reply, it is mentioned that there is no previous
involvement of the applicant / accused in any other case.
No fruitful purpose will be served by keeping the applicant /
accused in custody.
In view of the above, the applicant / accused Abhishek Kumar
S/o Sh. Ram Pal is allowed to be released on bail upon furnishing personal
bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the
satisfaction of the Ld. MM concerned / Ld. Duty MM concerned, further
subject to the following conditions:-
(i) That the applicant / accused will not try / influence /
contact any witnesses;
(ii) That the applicant / accused will join investigation as and
when directed by the IO; and
(iii) That the applicant / accused will not try / influence the
investigation in any manner whatsoever.

Copy of this order be sent to the Jail Superintendent concerned.
Copy of this order be given dasti to the parties.
The observations made herein shall not tantamount to the
expression of opinion on the merits of this case.
