These are two separate applications for anticipatory
bail filed on behalf of applicants Shan Mohd. & Saniya Iqbal.
Present: Sh. Vikas, Ld. Addl. PP for the State.
Sh. Bhuvneshwar & Mohd. Nazir, ld. counsels for
applicants.
SI Manjeet Singh is present on behalf of IO
Inspector Vijender Kumar.
It is submitted by the SI that the new IO has been
appointed in the present case. It is submitted that despite issuance
of notice under S. 41.1(A) Cr.P.C. both the applicants who are
husband and wife have not joined the investigation.
It is submitted by ld. Defence Counsel that both the
applicants had joined the investigation earlier before the previous
IO. It is further submitted that they are ready to join the
investigation, but apprehend their arrest, hence, the present
application.

Both the applicants are directed to join the investigation as
and when required by the IO.
Put up for fresh report of the IO on 21.01.2025
No coercive steps be taken against the applicants till
NDOH.
Copy of the order be given dasti.
