amount already by him.
Further, JD has also agreed to make a payment of
Rs.50,000/- per month from October 2025 onwards till the
complete payment of decretal amount.

effect.

recorded in this regard.
Let the payment of Rs.1 lakh be paid by the JD to
the DH on 26.09.2025.

As per the report of Naib Nazir, the judgment and
decree has been passed by the court of Ld. DJ-2, NDD against
which the present execution has been filed.
It appears that due to random allocation, this
execution has been assigned to this Court. Since the decree has
been passed by the Court of Ld. DJ-02 and the same has to be
dealt with by the Court which has passed the decree, it would be
in fitness of things if the present execution be dealt with the
Court which has passed the decree.
Hence, the present execution petition be put up
