This is an application u/s 482 BNSS filed on behalf of applicant/accused
Geetika for grant of anticipatory bail.

IO has submitted that he has already filed the reply and a notice
under Section 35 BNSS along with notice under Section 94 BNSS has
already been served upon the applicant to join the investigation on
16.01.2026.
Ld. Counsel for the applicant upon instructions from the brother
of the applicant has submitted that the applicant has already once joined the
investigation and will join the investigation again with the IO on 16.01.2026
and the applicant would supply the necessary documents and devices to the
IO during the investigation.
IO has submitted that the applicant has a laptop issued by the
company, her mobile phone and the details of the bank account of the
applicant which would be required during the investigation.
Ld. Counsel for the applicant upon instructions from the brother
of the applicant has submitted that upon joining the investigation, the
applicant would handover the said devices and documents and bank account
statement to the IO of the case.

Ld. Addl. PP for State has submitted that applicant be directed
to join the investigation with the IO.
It has further been submitted that the applicant is under interim
protection by the ld. Predecessor of this court vide order dated 06.01.2026.
In view of the above said submissions, the applicant is directed to join the
investigation with the IO on 16.01.2026 and also to handover the above said
devices and all documents to the IO and to cooperate in the investigation.
Interim protection as granted by the ld. Predecessor of this court
vide order dated 06.01.2026 to continue till next date of hearing.
Upon request, put up for arguments on 19.01.2026.
IO be present on the date fixed.
